Privacy Policy
BIONEURAL (bioneural.de) · Last updated: 3 October 2026
The short version. The game has no accounts: we do not ask for your name, e-mail address or a password. It uses no advertising, no tracking and no analytics cookies. What it keeps is what it needs to run: your game profile under a random code, the nickname and flag you choose, your scores, and - if you buy credits - a record of the purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.

2. What we process, why, and for how long
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your profile: a random profile code made by your browser, your level, experience, medals, what you wear, and your game settings (including the nickname and the country flag you picked). | To run the game and keep your progress on your device and across devices (performance of the service you asked for). | While the profile is in use. Profiles without purchases that are not used are removed over time. |
| Leaderboard: nickname, chosen flag, kills, deaths and wins, linked to your profile code. | The public all-time leaderboard (part of the game). | While the leaderboard is offered, or until you ask us to remove your entry. |
| Shop wallet: your credits, the items you own, and a log of shop events, linked to your profile code. | To give you what you bought (contract). | While the game is offered. |
| Purchases: order number, pack, amount, time, and Stripe's reference numbers for the payment. We do not receive or store your card details. | To deliver credits, handle complaints and reversed payments (contract), and to keep accounting records (legal obligation). | 10 years, as Slovak accounting law requires. |
| Connection data: your IP address and technical data your browser sends, while you are connected to our web and game servers. | To deliver the game, limit abuse and keep the servers secure (legitimate interest). | Game servers keep it in memory only while you are connected; web server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period it sets. |
| Fair-play data: a random browser token and your profile code, with what the anti-cheat saw, when a player is banned or vote-kicked. | To keep cheaters out (legitimate interest). | For the length of the ban. |
| Friends and clans (if you use them): a random friend code, your friends list, clan name, tag, emblem and members. | The friends list, invitations and clans (part of the game). | Until you remove them or stop using them. |
| Chat and voice: text chat and voice chat are passed on to the players in your match. | Playing together. | Not stored by us. |
| E-mails you send us. | To answer you. | As long as needed for your request, and for complaints as the law requires. |
Please do not put personal information (your real name, contact details) into your nickname, clan name or chat: other players can see them.
3. What stays on your device
The game saves its data in your browser's local storage: your profile code, progress, settings, friend code and a copy of your wallet. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you clear your browser's site data, this is deleted from your device - save your profile code first (Profile → Profile code) if you want to keep your profile.
4. Who else is involved
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) handles payments on its own page and receives what you enter there (such as your e-mail address and card details) and technical data about your device. Stripe is responsible for that data under its own policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- Hosting and servers: our web hosting provider (website, profiles, wallet), Oracle Cloud (game servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and Cloudflare (friends, fair-play services, network protection) process data for us.
- Content delivery: the game loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D library from jsDelivr; to do that your browser connects to them and they see your IP address. To connect players directly (voice chat and the backup connection), browsers use public STUN servers run by Google and Cloudflare.
- Other players see your nickname, flag, level, scores, what you wear, and what you write or say in a match. With a direct player-to-player connection (voice chat, backup connection), the other player's browser can technically see your IP address.
- Discord: the link to our Discord server takes you to Discord, which has its own policy.
Some of these providers are based in, or may process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States. Where that happens it is covered by the safeguards EU law provides, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, a copy of it, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to game@bioneural.de.
Because the game has no accounts, we can only find your data by your profile code: please include it (send it only to us), so we can be sure the request comes from the profile's owner. Deleting a profile also deletes its credits and items; purchase records we must keep for accounting stay for the legal period.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority - in Slovakia the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk) - or to the authority of the country where you live.
6. Children
If you are under 18, play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and do not buy anything without them. If you believe a child has given us personal data without permission, write to us and we will remove it.
7. Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and its date.
